To begin: Spiritual Helpers are not psychics, nor mediums. They are not departed spirits, who give well-meaning advice and teaching in séances, are not competent teachers, for they themselves have not the necessary knowledge.

The Spiritual Helpers were like you. They had lived on Earth, and after leaving Earth and going through the process of the Afterlife, they received the grace from the Light to be chosen to stay in the Beyond. In the Beyond, they are trained and prepared to help you in different ways, either discreetly by intervening in your life, or by communicating with us through the Channel who is a person living on Earth and whom the Light has found worthy of doing this mission of allowing us to exchange with you through them.  Other Helpers are sent to Earth to act in a physical body. Principals such as Master John, whom you know through his spiritual teaching blogs, are not Spiritual Helpers. There are twenty-four (24) Principal Leaders working to help humanity, but they are not human beings, they have never incarnated on Earth. Although they are also referred to as Elders, they are not the known Elders who are the Judges in the Afterlife. The intervention of the Principals' is of a higher, more profound level.
